We will have an eggciting Easter Hunt on 30 March at Whale Coast Mall.

Children will register at our registration table at Whale Coast Mall from 10:00 and then go in search of the stores with bright Easter decals near the store or in the window. Children then need to collect a sticker from the store and affix to their booklets provided.

The first three Duracell bunnies to collect all the stickers in the fastest time, will receive a hamper.

Come and join in on the Easter fun!

3. Participants must be a South African citizen or permanent resident with a valid South African photo identification document and must be over the age of 18 years to qualify for entry.

4. This competition is run on behalf of Whale Coast Mall by managing company Broll.

5. The Competition commences on 16 June 2021 at 11h00 and closes on 31 August 2021 at 17h00. No entries received after 31 August 2021 will be allowed.

6. The prize consists of a 50 inch Skyworth Android Television and a Dixon 3.5 Litre Air Fryer

7. The entry mechanism works as follows

a) Participants must visit each participating restaurant and spend R200 or more at the restaurant

b) After visiting the restaurant, the participant must attach their till slip to their passport entry form

c) After visit and ticking off all the destinations, the participant must hand in their passport entry forms at any one of the participating stores, with all the details completed on the form.

d) Participating restaurants are Mugg and Bean, The Deli Coffee Company, Ocean Creek Spur, Best of Asia and Wimpy.

 

8. The winner selection will take place on 09 September 2021, by way of a random draw. The prize winner will be the first valid receipt drawn that includes the customer’s name and contact number.

9. Should the organiser of the competition be unable to reach the winner within 12 hours after the random draw takes place the winner will forfeit their prize and another winner will be selected and announced.

10. The prize must be collected in person by the winner no later than 60 days after notification.

11. In order to collect the prize, the winner must present a valid South African photo identification document.

12. The prize is not transferable and is not exchangeable for cash. No substitution or assignment of the prize is permitted, but the organisers of the Competition reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of comparable value for any reason whatsoever.

13. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. By entering this competition, the entrant authorises Whale Coast Mall to collect, store and use personal information of entrants for marketing, statistical and communication purposes.

15. All risk and liability pertaining to any prize pass to the winner on signing over and receipt thereof.

16. By entering this competition the entrant indemnifies the Landlord and its agents against any claims based on defective products or services awarded as the prize and the winner further agrees to enforce any rights against the retailer, distributor, importer or producer of such product or against the service provider of the service.

17. The winner or participants may be required to take part in publicity campaigns for broadcast or publishing purposes with the winner or participant not being entitled to any payment or other remuneration for such publicity.

18. The organisers of the competition reserve the right to cancel or postpone the competition at any time.
