ROAD HOUSE CINEMA| CAPTAIN AMERICA MERCHANDISE HAMPER | FACEBOOK COMPETITION | COMPETITION RULES:
1) The promoter of this competition is Road House Cinema
2) The competition will run from 18 February 2025 – 25 February 2025. No late entries will be accepted.
3) The winners will be selected during the course of 26 February 2025, and the winners will be contacted telephonically or via electronic mail by Whale Coast Mall Centre Management or a representative from the Road House Cinema
4) To enter the competition: Simply comment the answer to the question on the Facebook post
5) The prize for the competition is a Captain America Merchandise Hamper, comprising of the following
- a) A Captain America Merchandise Bag
- b) A Captain America Notebook
- c) A Captain America branded keychain
- d) A Captain America branded pop socket for a cell-phone
6) The winner of this competition must be willing to collect their prize from the Centre at a time suitable for the Centre Management representative (Marketing Manager.) The prize will be ready for the winner on the Centre’s terms. The prize has to be collected within a month of being notified of the win.
7) The judges’ decision is final and binding and cannot be appealed or reviewed in any fashion whatsoever. No correspondence will be entered into.
8) You may not enter the competition if you are a director, member, partner, employee, tenant, agent, consultant or supplier of the promoter or their respective spouses, partners, family members, business partners or associates.
9) The prize is neither negotiable nor transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
10) The promoters accept no liability for damaged or lost prizes after they have been accepted by the winner.

12) Should the competition prize referred to above for any reason whatsoever become unavailable, the organisers may award a similar prize in value.
13) Whale Coast Mall and the Road House Cinema reserve the right to alter or cancel any aspect of the competition at any time at its sole discretion without liability.
14) The entrant shall have no claim of whatsoever nature or from whatsoever cause arising as a result of and/or due to the competition and prize against the owners of Whale Coast Mall, Road House Cinema, their managing agent, marketing agent or any affiliated company of the aforementioned pertaining to the competition.
15) Winners may be requested to allow their name and photograph to be used for publicity purposes, without compensation, but may decline the invitation.
16) By entering the competition, you are agreeing to all the rules stipulated above.
