WHALE COAST MALL AND SORBET | MOTHER’S DAY COMPETITION

WHALE COAST MALL AND SORBET | MOTHER’S DAY COMPETITION RULES:

1) The promoters of this competition are Whale Coast Mall and Sorbet at Whale Coast Mall

2) You may only enter this competition if you are a citizen and permanent resident of South Africa, and 18 years or older. The winner will be required to present a valid South African ID document in order to accept the prize.

3) The competition will run from 08 May– 23 May 2025. No late entries will be accepted.

4) The winners will be selected after the entries have closed and will need to collect prizes from the Sorbet store at Whale Coast Mall.

5) The promoters will try to contact the winners each day for five days following the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or chooses to decline the prize, another winner will be drawn as soon as possible.

6) To enter the competition:

1. Take a photo of yourself at the designated decal close to the Sorbet store
2. Post it in the Facebook post on the Whale Coast Mall Facebook page and tag the Sorbet store and Whale Coast Mall
3. Fill in an entry form in-store and pop in the entry box

7) The prizes received comprises of a Sorbet design package for two, valued at R3,600.00 (both) and selected prizes from other sponsors.

8) The winners will need to collect their prizes from the Sorbet store at Whale Coast Mall and failure to do so, will result in the prizes being allocated to another winner.

9) The judges’ decision is final and binding and cannot be appealed or reviewed in any fashion whatsoever. No correspondence will be entered into.

10) You may not enter the competition if you are a director, member, partner, employee, tenant, agent, consultant or supplier of the promoter or their respective spouses, partners, family members, business partners or associates.

11) The prize is neither negotiable nor transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

12) The promoters accept no liability for damaged or lost prizes after they have been accepted by the winner.

14) Should the competition prize referred to above for any reason whatsoever become unavailable, the organisers may award a similar prize in value.

15) Whale Coast Mall reserves the right to alter or cancel any aspect of the competition at any time at its sole discretion without liability.

16) The entrant shall have no claim of whatsoever nature or from whatsoever cause arising as a result of and/or due to the competition and prize against the owners of Whale Coast Mall, their managing agent, marketing agent or any affiliated company of the aforementioned pertaining to the competition.

17) Please note that by entering the competition, you provide permission for your photograph to be loaded to the social media channels of Whale Coast Mall and Sorbet Hermanus.

18) By entering the competition, you are agreeing to all the rules stipulated above.
